Huge Realization
I do the same thing every week. I start off on Monday think “Here we go, it’s a new week and this time I’m going to eat normally. I’m going to get better.” and then I manage to shovel down 1300-1700 calories per day, like a normal person…until Wednesday or Thursday. Then it starts all over, I freak myself and stop.
